I decided to try Smartwool because they offer thicker, warmer socks than the brand I use. And boy, are they warmer! My feet stay warm all day long in these socks! Total relief! Thank you Smartwool!

I have bought other socks, but these Smart Wool Mountaineering socks are amazing. The thick soles are both a nice insulation and very comfortable. I wear them all the time.

Great warm sock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old feet that are difficult to keep warm but not with these socks. Warmest socks I have found to date. They hold up well but most of my use is fishing in the winter sitting in a boat.

I’m a woman with size 9 feet. I bought medium in these socks, which is what the size chart indicates. They are constantly sliding down in my boots. I wear them for farm work. I still wear them, but the slipping is a real annoyance. They’re not that warm either. I still get frozen toes in Oregon weather. Would probably try something else specifically designed for women’s feet next time.
