Bottle cap bidet
I've seen on you tube other people use it and I purchased from REI a different item which I've found to be too bulky trying to cut some weight I find this more sense able
perfect, compact, simple solution
For reference, I am a guy. This works perfectly for me. I use it regularly at home and for travel (I am not a backpacker). It is a single focused stream of water instead of a multi-stream shower which might be preferable to some people. Every human should have this or something similar. I like that it threads on instead of the more common friction fit. No chance that it will pop off during use and be lost in a spot I don't want to retrieve it from. The stream is effective and also water efficient. On a 16 oz. (500ml) bottle, I use less than 1/3 the capacity, so no issues about running dry and being incomplete or having to refill. This is convenient in civilization, but would be even more important in the wilderness where water would have to be collected and carried from a distance. This is the smallest bidet product I have found. Without a bottle, it disappears into a pocket and can be easily taken anywhere and then used after adding an easily-found, discarded bottle. Or bringing a typical soda bottle adds only a few more grams. And since any bottle used would be a common/random/generic type bottle, it is discrete and you would get no questions about "what is that contraption you are carrying with you to the bathroom?" Even the bidet cap itself looks very much like a regular bottle cap, so extremely discrete. The bidet has a slightly protruding spout which makes it possible, in the dark if necessary, to orient the bidet by feel for aiming purposes. I admire any really simple, efficient, and elegant solution to a problem, and this is a great example. Well done and thank you.
Bottle Cap Bidet
IMO, works better than the Culo Clean simply because it gives slightly more pressure while using less water. The only downfall with it is that it can only screw onto a 28 mm thread, meaning I can’t use just any water bottle.
