600°F Spatula
Why does ThermoWorks make spatulas? If you have a Thermapen for home use, then we know you want the very best thermal tools for the kitchen. Designed by ThermoWorks the spatula's square corner fits into tight spots in a pan or in jar bottoms. Edges are smoothly tapered to a sharp point for scraping. The smooth matte surfaces compliment the contours for perfect spreading. The molded silicone handle fits the hand for a confident grip. With no seams or creases to trap food, this spatula is a breeze to keep clean. Plus, you can just throw it in your dishwasher. The weighting and length are ideal for wielding in a variety of kitchen tasks from mixing, folding, serving, spreading, scraping, stirring and flipping. Use it in a batter or at the stove. Keep it off the burner itself, but we use ours for scratch-free stirring of sautes in non-stick pans.
These simple and elegant spatulas make a great addition to any cook’s toolbox. Plus, you can get one in the same color as your Thermapen!

Add in the shipping and ThermoWorks products are pricey but nothing I can't live with. Especially if I'm patient until they're on sale.
Yes, they do. The mini spatulas have a metal core that makes them strong. The edges are just as sharp as before. The main difference is that the updated spatulas can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
That's correct. The Small is about 1.9" (50 mm), the Medium is about 2.4" (60 mm), and the Large is about 2.78" (70 mm) at their widest point.
Yes, it is.
The spatula and the handle have a metal core and is covered by BPA-Free Stain Resistant Silicone. The very end of the of the spatula is flexible silicone.
As long as they are not exposed to temperatures above 600°F, they will work well for candy making.
Hello! The widths of the spatulas are as follows:
Small: 2"
Medium: 2.5"
Large: 3"
The Spatula is 12.5 inches long. The widest part of the Spatula's head is 2.375 inches across.
Yes. It works well for this purpose.
I have never had this problem with any of the silicone utensils I have purchased from TW. I have two sets of the minis, a set of the big ones and a set of the brushes. All clean up well and have not stained or absorbed odors or tastes from food or cleaners. This is over, for the oldest ones, a period of years.
The Spatula has a metal core that runs through the handle and into approximately 1/3 of the head. Then, a good portion of the Spatula's head is thick enough to be sturdy, and yet still flexible. (It is not floppy.) The edges of the head are very flexible, so the Spatula is able to easily scrape out the contents of bowls. It's a very nice combination of elements which were carefully thought through during the design process.
I have bought others and liked them.

A favorite and current one is wearing out
Wife needed a long spatula for her dough starter in tall jars.
