Nice Lightweight Hoodie for Outdoor Adventures
Super nice, lightweight hoodie that works as a great base layer for ski touring, and as an extra layer for early and late season mountain bike missions when it's chilly. Material is breathable and really comfortable. Definitely a key piece in the kit for outdoor adventures!

Great top for fishing, paddleboarding or yard work
Perfect top for fishing, provides excellent coverage and protection from the sun. Fit just right using size chart.

He fit and material has changed...
Good quality sun hoodie. However, the sizing and material has changed since the last time I bought these sun hoodies. These size L hoodies are smaller all around (length, chest, sleeves). So I was excepcting the fit to match the previous hoodies I'd bought, but they did not (more snug of a fit on me). The material is also not as soft or as stretchy as my older hoodies. It's possible the new ones breath better. Need to test more. Either way, I'm slightly disappointed, but not upset by it.

Eh maybe for fishing

Was super excited about this shirt. Wore it backpacking and I feel like it was a little suffocating and didn’t breathe well. My pack made some wear marks on the shirt and neither Backcountry nor the shirt manufacturer would do anything about it. Maybe better for fishing or boating.

My new go to hoodie
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight but provides excellent protection and coverage from the wind. It can been worn in all weather conditions. At the beach it protects from the sun and keeps you cool. In colder conditions it can be layered to provide warmth. Very comfortable.

Superb Threads for Arizona Heat!
I work regularly outside in Phoenix, AZ -- this shirt offers great sun protection, and cools nicely when wetted. I have a large head, and the hood fits with a bit of extra room to let a breeze through. Solid design, and great printing and stitching all around!!

Great coverage and camo pattern
This shirt does a great job at covering you up for protection from the sun and the elements. It's just a tad tighter than some of my other blackstrap long sleeve shirts but I would still highly recommend it.
