The original warranty for Ranger S is 1 year. If you buy it between April 1st and June 30th, 2024, we will give the bike another 1-year warranty (2 years warranty in total). Besides, you can purchase the extended warranty service at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase.

Can I Ride Ranger S in The Rain?
Though Heybike e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
What Types of Terrain Can Ranger S Handle?
Ranger S ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. Ranger S is also suitable for all-season use.

How to adjust each PAS level speed on the ebike?
- You can adjust the PAS speed with Ranger S display.
- Ranger S supports App control. You can adjust the PAS level speed in the App. Find the setting button in the App and choose "personalize". Then you will find the speed settings.
Is my Ranger S pre-assembled?
The Ranger S is partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the Ranger S user manual or look at the assembly video for help.

I wish I would have understood the fact about how heavy these bikes are. They weigh like 3 sacks of 25 pound bags of cement! This isn't a big deal if you don't plan to lift your e-Bike. I live in a second floor condo and must lift this up the stairs. I guess the folding aspect fooled me into thinking I could handle this. I'll manage because I do really enjoy this bike and the workmanship is outstanding. But they really need to lighten the weight, a lot. The next part are the instructions, they aren't really helpful. Some hints on how to put it together and use the interface, but nothing on how to ride the bike, use the controls or the shifter. There is a learning curve, this isn't your grandma's bicycle. A video showing how to ride would be helpful. The accessories have no instructions on how to install or use them. The pet basket is well made but I had no idea how to install it. The bike like same. The small basket for the front is not needed with the pet carrier and it's heavy. The rear basket is also very heavy, I ordered the fabric panniers. Really, HeyBike better instructions and lighter bikes would be much appreciated. I'll keep this bike as the build quality and features are excellent.
I had people walking towards me and asking me about the bike. It just looks so cool and well built. It might be heavier than most but I realize now that you need all that weight to get a smoother and sturdier ride experience. Hauling my 6 year old daughter at the back seat is such an easy job. There's enough room behind to put a second row. My 5'-2" wife who's very picky when it comes to bicycles has finally found a ride that she can enjoy. With its price, this is probably the best city bike in the market today.
Ranger S 1000 is a terrific bike. It has plenty of power and I can't wait till the weather is warmer to put on lots of miles. Everything about the bike is easy to use. I am short and love that I can reach the ground with no problem and that I can sit up straight. The seat isn't to bad either. I would buy another HEYBIKE if ever needed!
