I had originally planned on keeping this windbreaker in my pack just in case it was needed while out hiking, since it's so light I'd barely notice it's there. But it has instead become one of my most-worn articles of clothing for the past week. Not only is it good for cutting down on the chill in windy conditions, I've found that it performs just as well as the rain shell I've been wearing lately when the rain starts pouring. And I'll be honest, it fits me a heck of a lot better, too -- I've already gotten several compliments on it! If you're on the fence about buying it, I'd say just go for it. It fills a very important niche in my gear -- it's hard to argue against the utility of something you can reach for that'll give good protection from wind and rain that is so light and breathable you barely notice you're wearing it.

Light as a feather but keeps me warm when needed. Wish I would have sized up. As with all OV products, size up!

I took the Fortius 1p Tent out into the Olympic National Park wilderness last weekend. Spring conditions in the Olympics can be quite unpredictable, and it was. This tent held up well in high winds, scattered rain showers and low temperatures with high humidity. The tent did very well with mitigating condensation build up, there was a bit but being in a rainforest it would be very surprising to not have any. Setup was easy even in the rain, interior stayed dry and kept me protected from the elements. I'll definitely be taking this tent out on my backpacking trips in Washington State. Light weight, durable, and definitely storm worthy I would highly recommend this tent.

I am blown away by how thin and light this jacket is and yet keeps me amazingly warm, but not too warm, even with just an altitude sun hoodie underneath. This is a game changer piece of clothing for my backpacking set-up. Highly recommend!

I live in a place with a lot of black bears, ours aren’t typically aggressive but they are pesky! And love to steal your stuff if they all can, especially on the more popular trails in the area where they’re used to getting good scores from new backpackers, I haven’t used mine yet, but I have friends and also my father-in-law who has these and it’s the best weight to protection ratio you’re going to get for a bar canister, at least that I found. The only thing is they’re a pain in the butt to open, even if you’re a human. I guess that sort of the point but I think I’ll get one of those bar keys to go along with it at some point. I got two sizes because I’m honestly not positive which is going to be the best for an upcoming trip I’m taking but I would like to have two sizes anyway so I went ahead and took advantage of a sale, we’re also going to see which one fits my wife’s Stuff the best and invest in that size for her too.

Materail and warmth is excellent. Looks like it will pack down nicely. Fit is a little snug but will work great for layering.

My Nebo windbreaker is the perfect addition to my pack, very packable, we just hiked the Loyalsock trail, with a mid merino wool layer and the Nebo jacket. I was very comfortable hiking or standing around at camp.

Great on hikes in warmer weather. Breaths great. If there is a breeze lets the cool air through.

Just did a vacation in Portugal and layered this with other OV products cause in spring here it is hot, rainy, windy then chilly as you get into the evening.

This is the hoodie I didn’t realize I needed. It’s super light and just the perfect amount of insulation to take in moderate weather to stay warm, especially if paired with a good base layer or a Houdini type wind shell.
