Best accessory to have but Disappointed

I came from using the Gopro 7 and its external battery pack. and Im disappointed with what Gopro did to this product. The 7 version used to fit up to the top of the battery and fit the batteries snug. The 10 version is cut in half and only fits half way up the batteries. Because of this the batteries fit looses and can move around. I usually find myself charging while i'm out doing something in places like my car. and if i'm charging in my car while driving and the charger tips over the batteries fall out. this was never an issue with the 7 design. If you're going to cut the product in have at least cut the price or make it so the batteries are secure.

Bad for the color blind.

Charges batteries fine so that's good but if you have trouble seeing green's the LED indicator of charging status is useless. To check if the battery is charged I have to put the batteries in the GoPro and turn it on. Bit of an annoyance. Had an aftermarket charger with yellow and blue indicator lights that was much easier to see. Also the batteries will pop out if you jostle the charger to much so I 3d printed a strap to hold them in place during charging.

Simultaneously? Really? --- Green Light? Really?

Just got this charger today and I'm not impressed. It came with the regular (blue) battery as an xtra along with the Enduro which I purchased as well. After near two hours the enduro slot turned what looks more like yellow (charging status light) than the supposed green it's supposed to look like. I checked and sure enough that battery was fully charged. Here I am sitting and waiting for the second battery to fully charge. We're now at near 2.5 hours and light for the remaining (blue) battery is still amber. I wouldn't call that "simultaneous" charging. More like one at a time.

Hero9

Significant improvements all around from my Hero7. Looking forward to snowboarding this winter and testing out the in camera stabilization. So far so good though. I have not been disappointed with any GoPro camera and I have owned quite a few.

More battery, more footage!

I kept running long with just 2 batteries and could never get enough footage. Plus the fact that charging 1 battery at a time with the GoPro took forever. Now I can charge 2 on the dual charger and 1 in the GoPro Hero 9!

Best video device I ever used

Ease of use is unbelievably easy to work with. Menus make sense. Sometimes a little too touchy. Does take a little time to upload pictures/video but what doesn't these days with large media and connections based on what type of Internet connectivity you have at home? I had tested this with various scenarios from band concerts to shakedown prep hikes and all performed wonderfully. The only thing I wish worked better was the zoom option. I understand it's not a full-fledged video camera but something this powerful of a video type of recording device, you'd think would have a better zoom option. Not a show stopper by any means as it's not meant to record a band concert sitting 20 rows back in a gym. No, it's designed for action. And even though my action will be taking a hike with my troop in less than 3 weeks and later white water rafting with my family plus going on a zip line in the Yellowstone area, I am looking forward to recording both. So far, this device has exceeded my expectations. The battery life is amazing and the amount of accessories available is mind blowing.

You need to fix the Quik for desktop or stop advertising it works. Very disappointed, you are the world leader in this type of camera and for the desktop to not work is ridiculous.

A little tight for Enduro batteries

The hero 9/10 chargers work well, but the new Enduro batteries need to be pushed in firmly, or they won't charge. Sometimes you have to push them down a couple of times.
