Yes. The Guard Dog Body Armor Level IIIa Concealable Soft Armor Vest will be compatible with hard armor plates.
Medium: Front: 12.2″ x 10.6″ Back: 14.75″x 11″

Large: Front: 12.8″ x 11.4″, Back: 15.5″ x 11.6″

Extra Large: Front: 13.6″ x 12″, Back: 16.35″ x 12.2″
