Since its introduction in 1989, the variations of P229 have been used by Law Enforcement Professionals, Militaries, and Government Agents including the U.S. Secret Service. Sig Sauer upgraded this renowned design to create the P226 Elite. This highly versatile pistol comes equipped with SIGLITE sights for accurate shooting in low light conditions, as well as a slimmer and highly ergonomic E2 grip for enhanced control and concealability. Other improvements include a short reset trigger and a sleek Nitron black finish.
