Doesn’t have nylon hard case
Ordered this exact kit expecting a hard shell nylon case with zipper. What i got was the cheap plastic case anyways. So why charge that much more? Include photos of the case you really sent the kit in..

Good morning, We put the round soft pack in a plastic shell to protect it during transit, once you open the plastic shell you will see the round nylon zip up case inside it! Hope this helps Best regards
Nice kit
It works great easy and compact. I have used Otis since the mid 80s when they first started. They helped me get the parts I needed to clean my 17.rem which I took on many coyote hunts. And it saved my hunts several times.

Understand, I do not have the time or desire to laud the qualities of Otis products. I recommend ALL their product line. The compact kits are a little tricky but great for small pack out. I love the RipCords. Simply great. Solvents and lubes are great. This is a great product line.
problem solved
This is a follow-up to my earlier two-star review. The cable that came with this "universal" pistol cleaning kit would not fit through my .22 barrel. I spoke with Amanda in customer service, explained the problem, and she promptly assured me that she would send the appropriate cleaning cable. I really appreciate good customer service, and Otis did not disappoint.
