REVENANT FLEECE - TERRA GILA

A great jacket. Feels heavy out of the package - feels good when on. Blocks the wind well, I was in a light rain / mist for about half an hour and the water rolled off. I love Scent-lok gear however I always seem to fall between sizes. I am 6'4" and 2205 lbs. The XL in this jacket is snug with just a t-shirt under it and there is no way I can use the thumb holes in the sleeves. The 2XL is just a bit big but I'm able to get plenty of layering under it & the thumb holes are snug. The reason for 4 stars is because the sleeves are to short in either size. With long enough sleeves this would be an easy 5 star product. MORE TALL SIZING OPTIONS PLEASE !!

Warm But Not Windproof

Bought this for very late season hunts in Wisconsin and was using a ton of bulky layers. Was able to shed some of that but don't feel like this is a perfect outerlayer for bowhunting in a treestand with the wind. It is very well insulated and fits well but a little wind seems to pull the heat away. Comfortable in 30-40 degree weather but would recommend something with more of a "soft shell" type style for windy days or sub 30s. Love how quiet the exterior is - it does snag a little on branches but worth the trade off in my opinion. This would be a 5/5 for me if it truly was "windproof" as advertised - which I should say is the whole reason I bought it.

Great gear!

I bought the jacket and matching pants. True to fit size. Super warm and quiet. Only thing I would add is another chest pocket on the opposite side.

Good quality no complaints

Jacket feels very heavy out of the package but feels great on. Not that light fleece you get on other jackets that doesn’t insulate well, it’s very dense matted fleece. Seems like it would keep you warm in very cold temps, tons of extra room in arms for mobility for compound bow hunters. It is very quiet and also has enough room to add a bunch of layers but not so big that it’s uncomfortable. Is it worth 280$, probably not but it was definitely the 110$ closeut sale price

Preferred Late Season Jacket

This is what I was waiting for from Scentlok. A wind stopper that competes with the Sitka Fanatic. This jacket is much quieter than it’s cousin the BE1 Fortress. It might give up a small amount of warmth to the Fortress but not significant. This was just fine in low 20s temps with just a base layer underneath.

Great Jacket!!

Love the jacket. It is a bit bulky but that's to be expected for a winter jacket/coat. Not wind proof but does hold back the wind until it gets above 20 or so mph then you might feel it creep in. Is it worth the $289? probably not in my opinion, but it was definitely worth $139 sale price.

Love it!

Just showed up to the house, by far the nicest set of hunting clothing I have ever owned. Extremely warm but still very light when you put it on. Great for bow hunters.

Good fleece jacket

Very soft and durable…. This is a very good cold weather, late season jacket. I wouldn’t call it windproof but certainly better than others. I would recommend.
