With Traditional handgun bullet design, on impact the hollow point will rapidly expand creating a large wound channel that is only a few inches deep. Upon impact with the Doubletap 200 grain Controlled Expansion JHP, the bullet expands consistently as it travels through the animal, allowing for a very deep, large wound channel throughout the animal. In addition, the tough jacket featured on the Doubletap bullet will easily hold together even when shot through heavy bone like you might find on an elk or brown bear. As with all ammo loaded at Doubletap Ammunition, the 10mm 200 grain Controlled Expansion JHP is manufactured by hand with the highest quality components available on the market today. It then undergoes a rigid inspection process prior to leaving the factory. Tolerances are held extremely tight with the powder charge being held within + or - 1/10th of a grain of powder.
