Why We Like The Transalp Pro Alpine Touring Boot

The Transalp Pro is Fischer's top-of-the-line touring boot built for ultralight-minded backcountry skiers. It's remarkably light and easy on the skin track, with nearly 80 degrees of walking range and weighing under three pounds. Most companies ditch weight by minimizing rubber on the sole, but Fischer included a full rubber sole for solid traction when we're hiking icy terrain.

Great Touring Boot

Ive been touring with this boot for about a season now, and so far ive been really happy with my purchase. Pro's - Quick Transitions - Wide range of motion for efficient skinning - Works seamlesly with most Boot Crampons - Very comfortable Cons - The included insoles are do not have arch support, i would recommend getting a pair of superfeet. - Do not try to take the boots off in walk mode.
