The shorts fell short of expectations.
I do like Columbia products but not these shorts. The waist fit was true to size (38"). I am 5'8" and the shorts were far too long covering my knees. The shorts were too baggy and unflattering. The pockets fell far too low on the legs given the length. Have decided to return them.

Runs small!!
Just bought and I do like them but they run small. I'm 36 waist and just fit . Would like more room in the waist, not true to their size.

great shorts
These are nearly flawless.Plenty of pockets including one zipper closure for security. I just wish the pockets were not spot easy o wear through.

Mesh Pockets Tear Easily
Great shorts except for the mesh pockets. I've owned many pairs of these shorts and the pockets almost always tear after a short time.

Silver Ridge Cargo Shorts
Great shorts...exactly what I wanted. The only drawback - they are very hard to iron. But then, who irons field shorts.
